  2. Get 1 envelope Package of Taco Seasoning
  3. Take 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (*gratted)
  4. Provide 1/4 bunch Green Onion
  5. Take 1 envelope Packaged Gravy
  6. Provide 3 tbsp Sour cream
  7. Prepare 5 Potatoes (*sliced)
  8. Provide 3 cup Oil

  1. In a frying pan cook 1/2lb of ground beef cooked as desired. Add your taco seasoning, following the instructions on the back of the packaging. While ground beef is cooking get a large bowl an fill half the bowl with water. Grab a cutting board and knife, plus the 5 potatoes required. Cut potatoes into round circles, about 1/2 inch thick.
