- Get 2 chicken breasts
- Provide 100 g mushrooms
- You need 8 asparagus
- You need 1/2 onion
- Take Olive oil
- Use Salt & pepper

- Boil the asparagus for a few minutes and take them off the water. In the same water boil the wild rice for 20 mins. Drain rice.
- In a pan add the olive oil, onions and saute for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and asparagus and cook for 5 mins. Remove from fire.
- Add the chicken into the pan and cook for 5 mins until they become crispy, add also chicken seasoning.
