  20. Get 1 cup lowfat, plain yogurt

Instructions to make Koobideh with Veggies:
  1. Mix all ingredients for the koobideh and form into six logs. You may need to add more or less flour to get your logs to form properly.
  2. Either grill or fry your koobideh until brown on the outside and the internal temperature reads 165°f, turning halfway.
  3. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Add garlic and fry until brown, few minutes.
  4. Add onion and pepper and fry until just barely firm. Add tomatoes and finish cooking through.
  5. Mix yogurt, salt, and mint together. I like mine very flavorful so I like to use a lot of both. Serve on side of meat.
