- Provide Equal mix of mince and sausage meat
- Prepare Stale bread
- Get Parmesan
- Get 1 garlic clove
- Use 1 egg
- You need Salt n pepper
Instructions to make Meatballs ;):
- Whizz up stale bread and garlic to make breadcrumbs (any left over can be kept and used for other recipes)
- Mix meat well together and add breadcrumbs, salt n pepper and Parmesan
- Add an egg and get your hands stuck in
- Shape into balls and roll in remaining breadcrumbs. Put on a metal rack over an oven tray (to catch any fat) and cook at 200 for 25min or so. Serve with whatever veg you like :)
