  1. Provide 1 cup cooked rice
  2. Use 1 cup sugar
  3. Prepare 2 cups water
  4. Use 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  1. Take a sauce pan add in 1cup sugar 2 cups water put it on a low flame to boil, make a paste of cooked rice in a blender, transfer that in to greased plate add in cornflour and maida knead well for about 15 minutes
  2. Grease your hands make balls, bring sugar syrup to boil add these balls one by one boil on medium flame for 15 minutes or till they double up in size..add cardamom powder..once its done allow it to cool down completely then refrigerate it serve chilled..
  3. Note:it's better to prepare little small balls so that they soak up sugar syrup nicely, allow to soak at least two to three hours..
