The ingredients needed to prepare Veg Pulao:
- Provide 1 cup Rice π
- Prepare As required Vegetables like cabbage,onion, carrot π₯,capsicum,green peas etc
- Take 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Use 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- Provide 2 tsp Oil
- Take 5-6 Nutrella chunks
Instructions to make Veg Pulao:
- Take a bowl and wash the rice with water π¦ and drain the excess water from it.
- Take a pan heat oil in it now add chopped onion and cook it till it turns brown in colour.
- Add jeera, bay leaf, cardamon, 1 clove to it.
- Now add chopped vegetables salt to taste, garam masala and red chilli powder and cover it with a a lid for 5 minutes.
- Open the lid stir it and add rice to it and mix it properly with vegetables and add nutrela chunks also.
- Add two cups of water π¦π¦ and when water is absorbed by the rice π simmer it for 5 minutes by covering it with a lid.
- Open the lid after 5 minutes and your VEG PULAO is ready to serve.
- Serve it hot with curd and salad π₯.
