Steps to make Veg Biryani:
- Soak the rice for 15-20mins prior and then par boil it adding some salt to it
- Chopped Veggies and par boil them
- For Gravy:Grind Tomatoes and onions, green chilli and ginger.Take curd in a small bowl add all spices and mix well the paste.
- Heat oil in a pan add some Cumin seeds, bay leaf and red dry chilli now pour the gravy and give a nice and thick boil until the oil releases.
- Ready to eat with raita, papad, pickles
