- Use 200 g plain white flour
- Use 1/4 tsp salt
- Prepare 100 ml hand hot water
- Prepare 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions to make Flatbreads:
- Sift the flour in to a mixing bowl and mix in the salt.
- Add the water, bit by bit and mix by hand as you go (imagine you have a claw hand).
- Kneed the dough in the bowl or just try stretching and mashing in your hands for 5 minutes.
- Add the oil to the bowl and kneed in for another 5 minutes.
- Once all the oil is incorporated then divide and roll in to 6 balls.
- Roll each ball out in to the desired shape and thickness then fry one at a time in a hot, oiled, frying pan.
