- Cut all the vegetables. Soak basmati rice in water (rice:water :: 1 : 1.5)
- Cooker : 2tsp oil + jeera + tomato + onion + ginger garlic paste + cloves (3) + cardamom (3) + cinnamon (1)+bay leaf (1)+pepper + chilli (2)+pinch turmeric
- Now add all the vegetables + soaked rice(with water)
- Add salt + 1tsp tomato sauce + 1tsp lemon juice + kottambari leaf(coriander leaves).+ 1tsp ghee
- Close the lid and keep it for 2 whistle in the cooker.
- Now add the raisins + cashews fried in ghee to the pulav.
- Serve it with salad and bread crumbs
