- Take 2 Onion sliced

- First marinate mutton leg with ginger garlic paste,papaya paste, green chilli paste and leave for about 2 hours.
- Now grind almonds and make 3 tbsp almonds powder.
- Add salt, all spices powder, Jaifal jawatri powder, red chilli powder, chat masala, lemon juice, black pepper powder,cumin powder, red colour.
- Add almonds powder, yougurt, in mutton and mix well.
- Leave it for about 4 hours or overnight.
- Now put leg piece in foil paper and cover it.
- Put them in steamer or any wok filled with water.place stand and place Your mutton over it.
- Cover lid tightly so may steam remains in wok.
- Cook for about 2.5 hours,after 2.5 hours check Your meat if it's cook add baby potatoes and cover again to cook.
- Butter veggies # In a pan 2 tbsp butter,add sliced onion,tomatoes, green chilli and saute well and fragrant comes out.
- Now add salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Now in a pan add 2 tbsp butter add mutton leg piece,all masala and potatoes and cook on high flame.
- So if any water masala dries out.
- Add all the veggies at the time of assembling and it's ready to eat.
