- You need For making batter :
- Get 2 tb sp gram flour
- Use 2 tb sp semolina
- Use 2 tb sp rice flour
- You need 2 tb sp all purpose flour
- Get 2 tb sp wheat flour
- Take 2 tb sp oats
- Provide 1/2 bowl curd
- Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Get To taste salt
- Get 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Provide 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- You need As required water
- Use Vegetables
- Prepare 1/4 capsicum red
- You need 1/4 capsicum green
- Get 1 Tomato
- You need 1 onion
- Prepare 2 Green chilli
- You need 1/2 " piece grated ginger
- Prepare As required Cooking Oil
Instructions to make Super Healthy Pancake:
- Add all 5 flours and oats in a mixing bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, cumin seeds and curd and mix well.
- Add water slowly stirring the mixture to avoid formation of lumps. Adjust the consistency of batter by adding water. Rest for 15 minutes.
- Wash, peel and chop onion, tomato, ginger and red and green capsicums.
- After 15 minutes mix all the chopped vegetables in the batter and mix gently.
- Heat a non stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and pour 2 tb of batter and spread. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Flip again and roast for 2 minutes.
- Like wise make all the pancakes.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice. A very nutritious and healthy breakfast.
