- Provide 1/4 of medium sized onion sliced
- Provide 1 tbls Fresh chopped Chilli
- Take 2 cloves Garlic Chopped

- Get 1/2 tsp Black cracked pepper

- Heat up the butter and add the onions fry for 2 minutes then add the garlic fry for 1 minute
- Next add the Chicken Breasts cook both sides for 5 minutes then turn down to simmer for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms(i fried these in garlic butter) first.
