- Take Chicken Boneless
- Take all-purpose flourFlour/Maida
- Prepare Cornflour
- Take Soya Sauce
- Provide Red Chilli Sauce

Steps to make CHILLI CHICKEN and VEG FRIED RICE:
- In bowl mix chicken, 1 tbsp each of all the sauces mentioned, both the flour, salt, half of crushed pepper and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Heat a wok with oil for deep frying. Now drop the chicken into hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until done. Take out and keep aside.
- Now mix the remaining sauce in a bowl and keep aside. Mix 4-5 tbsp of water with a tsp of cornflour and keep aside. Dice the onion and capsicum into big pieces.
- Heat a pan with a tbsp of oil. Add crushed garlic and saute. Add the onion and capsicum. Saute for a minute. Add the sauce mix, vinegar. Mix everything well and then add the fried chicken and the slurry (cornflour solution) and give everything a good boil. Sprinkle crushed pepper and switch off. Garnish with spring onions if you have or else with sliced capsicum.
- For making Fried Rice Heat a pan with oil, add crushed garlic, onions sliced and all the mixed vegetables. Stir fry for a minute and add fried rice masala and boiled and cooled rice. Toss everything well and done. Serve hot with Chilli Chicken
