The ingredients needed to cook Citrus Meringues:
- Prepare 150 gm aquafaba
- Get 150 gm powdered sugar
- Provide 2 tsp cornflour
- Provide 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Provide 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Use 1 tbsp orange zest
Steps to make Citrus Meringues:
- Take aquafaba liquid in a mixing bowl, add lemon juice, vanilla extract and orange zest. Beat the mixture on high speed for 10-13 minutes unitl you see soft peaks forming.
- Now add powdered sugar mixed with cornflour in 3 batches and continuously beat the mixture till you get stuff peaks. This will take anywhere between 10-15 minutes.
