- You need 210 ml White Sugar
- Get 15-30 ml Cocoa Powder
- Get 60-120 ml Chocolate Chips

- You need 2.5 ml Rose or Turkish Delight Flavoured

- Preheat oven to 100°C. Do not put the oven on high
- Add egg whites and sugar into a heatproof bowl. Place bowl on a pot with boiling water. Whisk the mixture until sugar is dissolved. Use your fingers (without burning yourself) by rubbing between your fingers to check if the sugar is dissolved
- Transfer egg whites to a stand mixture and whisk until thick and glossy.
- Line 3 baking trays with parchment paper and spray with Cook 'and Spray
- Separate mixture into 3 bowls. Add Cocoa Powder (I love dark chocolate so added the 30ml cocoa powder) and Chocolate Chips to the one egg mixture and mix well. Pipe or scoop mixture onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 1 hour
- Add flavouring and food colour to the second mixture. Mix well. Pipe or scoop mixture onto a lined baking tray. And bake for 1 hour
- I just pipe the remaining mixture onto a lined baking tray and baked for 1 hour. You can add any flavour you want.
