- Prepare Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce

- Use Grated cheese (I used Kraft Parmesan Cheese)

- Put the butter into a frying pan, and stir-fry the beef and cabbage.
- When it's halfway cooked add the Worcestershire-like sauce, soy sauce and mirin, and continue stir frying. Add the pineapple which has been cut into bite-sized pieces.
- When the sauce has reduced a bit add the black pepper and grated cheese, and mix in.
- Finished. The sweetness of the pineapple and the richness of the cheese go well with rice or drinks. Try it out!
