  1. Provide 1 Salmon Fillet
  2. Get 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  3. Get 1/3 Can Ginger Ale
  4. Use 2 Cloves Garlic
  5. Prepare 3 Tbs Honey
  6. Get Ginger

  1. Lightly salt salmon. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Pat moisture off of salmon with a paper towel. Cut ginger and garlic as pictured below. Add to a pot along with oregano, balsamic vinegar, honey and ginger ale.
