  2. Prepare 2 full stems fresh basil
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  4. Get 2 tablespoon honey
  5. Take 1 cup neutral oil
  6. Get 1 teaspoon salt
  7. Provide 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
