- Prepare 1 Pound ground beef
- Use 1/2 cup chopped onions
- Take 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- Get 1 1/4 teaspoon salt

- You need 8 ounce canned tomatoes

- Preheat oven to 375°F

- For topping mix the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. (I added a teaspoon of honey bbq sauce for the heck of it)
- Bake for 1 hour.
