  3. Prepare 1 lb. Ground pork (I've also used lamb, it was delicious!)
  4. Prepare 4 peices of Italian bread, ripped into peices
  5. Use 1/2 cup milk
  6. Provide 4 eggs, beaten
  7. Provide 1 tsp salt
  8. You need 1 tsp pepper
  9. Take 1/2 tsp season salt
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
  11. Get 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  12. Prepare 1 package bacon
  13. Use Sauce:
  14. You need 1/2 cup ketchup
  15. You need 1 tsp. Ground mustard
  16. Take 6 tbsp brown sugar
  17. You need 4-5 dashes Worcestershire
  18. Use A few dashes of hot sauce or saracha (as much as you enjoy)
Steps to make Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Place your peices of bread in a large mixing bowl and pour milk over top and allow to soak for a few minutes
  3. Once your bread has soaked up the milk, add in the rest of your meatloaf ingredients (besides bacon) and mix together thoroughly with your hands.
  4. Using a broiling pan (I believe this type of pan is important, so it can allow the grease to drain out and you won't be left with a soggy meatloaf) place your meat on your broiling pan and shape your meatloaf.
  5. Horizontally place each peice of bacon over your meatloaf and tuck the bacon underneath the meat at the bottom.
  6. Now make your sauce, simply just mix all ingredients together.
  7. Evenly coat meatloaf with just a few spoon fulls of the sauce.
  8. Place meatloaf uncovered in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. After 45 minutes, spread a few more spoon fulls of sauce over the meatloaf and place back in the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes
  10. (Tip: when the meatloaf is finished cooking, I like to slice it and put it back in the oven for 5-10 minutes)
  11. Serve with a spoonful of sauce with each slice! Enjoy!
