- Take For Dough:
- Use 2 cups all purpose flour
- Take Half tbsp salt

- Provide 250 gms chicken
- You need 1 potato
- Provide 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- Take 2 carrots

Instructions to make Chicken Samosas:
- Fist of all make sheets out of dough:
- For dough combine flour and salt in a bowl and add water little by little to make dough and keep on mixing. Once it's made add oil and leave it for good 20 minutes. - Now For filling:
- Boil Boneless chicken and also boil Patotoe then take a pan and add oil in it, when it gets hot add ginger garlic paste and minced chicken and sauces and potatoes into it, cook it for 5 minutes then add cut cabbage carrot and capsicum into it and fry and keep on stirring for 15 to 20 minutes. Also add all masalas to it. And keep on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Then keep it aside untill it cools Down. Once it is cool down add the filling into sheets and make the shape you like. You can freeze them For 15 to 20 days also.
- Deep Fry them and enjoy!
