  1. Take chicken pieces put salt, vinegar, black pepper powder. Mix them well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl mix bread crumps, corn flakes crumps, grated cheese and mix well.
  3. Take another bowl beat 2 eggs, add a pinch of half powder.
  4. In a plate take a cup of flour.
  5. Take chicken out of refrigerator and roll all chicken pieces in the flour and keep on a plate.
  6. Than dip the chicken pieces in the egg batter and than roll the chicken pieces in the bread crumps, corn crumps, cheese mix and keep aside on a plate.
  7. Now take a non stick pan put 2 Tb Spoon butter on a low flame. Put 8-10 pieces on the pan. Cook for 3-4 mins.
  8. When golden brown flip the side. Cook for another 3 mins the other side.
  9. For the plating take the nuggets on a plate. Garnsh with onion rings and lemon wedges.
  10. Serve with Sour Curd dip.
