Steps to make Chicken nuggets:
- I used frozen chicken, so i grate the c/b but u can blend it if u ve a good blender or mincer☺
- Add the minced c/b in a bowl, add ur black n white pepper, pinch of salt, lemon juice (optional ooo🙄) soysauce, garlic, onion, and red bell pepper mix it and let it rest for like 30mins
- After 30 mins rub some oil on ur palm and make the nuggets into a round flat shape or any shape of ur choice
- Refrigerate for 20mins after 20 mins bring it out and set aside
- For the batter, mix flour, c/f and b/p, salt white n black pepper add in ur egg whisk, add cold water to form a batter (like that of pancake)
- Dip in ur nugget in the batter, roll in bread crumbs and fry till golden brown.. u can bake
