  1. Provide 12 skinless chicken thighs or drumsticks
  2. Take olive oil
  3. Take 1 white or red onion

  9. Immediately before serving remove & discard bay leaves, give a gentle stir,

  11. Serve with focaccia or other crusty bread to soak up sauce
  12. You can add a chicken boullion cube at step 7. for extra flavour
  13. Can also be made with lamb chops or cutlets
  14. You can use tinned potatoes at step 3
  15. You can add a handful of black olives just before serving.
