The ingredients needed to cook Healthy Vegan laddoo:
- You need 100 gm Unsalted peanuts
- You need 50 gm almonds or cashew nut
- Get 25 gm coconut powder
- Take 25 gm Unsalted pistachio
- Prepare 1 tbsp flax seed or sesame seed
- You need 180-200 gm Dates
- You need 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Use 25 gm organic jaggery
Instructions to make Healthy Vegan laddoo:
- Roast peanuts on slow heat till lightly brown and crisp
- Do the same with almonds, pistachio and coconut powder. Also roast the seeds (flaxseeds/sesame)
- Chop the dates and jaggery into small pieces. Mix and keep aside
- Now pulse the nuts in a chopper or mixer till finely coarse.
- Add the dates, jaggery, flax seeds,cardamom powder, coconut powder to the mixer along with the nuts and pulse it a few times till it all comes together
- Remove it in plate and make laddoos of your preferred size
