- Use 3 Eggs (boiled)
- Get 2 tsp Chilli powder
- Take 5 Big onion chopped
- You need 4 Green chillies
- Take 2 tsp Garam masala

- Mix all the powders with salt and little water to make a fine paste.
- Marinate the boiled eggs with 1 tsp masala paste and salt. Fry it in a pan slightly.
- Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, saute chopped onions, with a little salt. When it becomes light brown, add chopped green chillies, ginger crushed, masala paste, stir it on low flame, then add chopped tomatoes and quarter cup hot water. Close it with a lid.
- When it absorbs water, add fried boiled eggs and curry leaf. Stir it a while. Remove from heat. Serve ihot with Appam, Rice & paratha.
