The ingredients needed to prepare Fusion Roasty:
  1. Use 1 cup soaked rice
  2. Get 3 boiled smashed potatoes
  3. Prepare 1 bowl mix vegetables onion carrots bell pepper tomatoes
  4. Use 1 sliced green chilli
  5. Use 1 tsp Ginger paste
  6. Use 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Provide 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  9. Use 2 tsp curry leaves
  10. Get to taste Salt
  11. You need Pinch eno
  12. Provide As needed Cheese (Optional)
Steps to make Fusion Roasty:
  1. Grind the soaked rice in to a fine batter add smashed potatoes in to it.
  2. Now add all the vegetables ginger paste and chillies along with Coriander and curry leaves. Mix well. Leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. After rest add a pinch of eno and 1 tbsp water to it. You can add more water to set the consistency.
  4. Now heat a pan and add oil and spread batter. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for sometime.
  5. Flip the other side and grate cheese on it. Let it cook and melt.you can serve the Roasty along with tomato sauce or green chutney.
