- Use 750 grams Turkey (cut into big pieces)
- You need 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Get 2 tbsp Crushed red chilli
- Prepare 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- You need 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Take to taste Salt
- Prepare 1 Lime (big)
- Get 1 small Cinnamon stick

- Now pour oil in a pan fry two pieces at a time in a medium flame thoroughly. Take the excess oil from the pan and add the stock cook until it comes thick.
- Now add the fried pieces and roll gently and remove.
- Serve with mayo.
