The ingredients needed to make Sriracha Mushrooms:
- Take Whole mushrooms
- Get 2 eggs
- Use Panko bread crumbs
- Use Flour
- Get Spice of choice
- Provide Sriracha
- You need Milk / water for egg wash
- Prepare Mozzarella cheese or any kind of shredded cheese
- Use Egg wash
- Use Eggs a splash of milk a Squeeze or two Siriacha sauce mix well for something more hotter use more siriacha

- Make egg wash
- Place some flour in a bowl or plate, do the same with the Pakno
- Mix in spices with Pakno and cheese.(I didn’t have any cheese I used grated Parmesan, when making this Batch)
- Take mushroom one at a time, coat with flour, then egg wash, then Pakno mixture, set in air fryer.
- Spray all of them with olive oil cooking spray.
- Air fry to your liking (400 for 15-20 mins) I moved them around about 3 different times I had big ones and didn’t want them to burn.
