- Take 1 whole chicken
- Get 1 cup Mojo marinade- goya preferred
- Get salt/ pepper
- Prepare paprika
- Use 1 tbsp honey
- Prepare 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- You need 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Take 2 sliced garlic
- Use 3 tbsp butter
- Get 1 tbsp olive oil
- Prepare 1 tbsp honey

- Cut back bone out of chicken so that your chicken lays flat.
- Cut random slits on legs, thighs, and breast. Slice garlic and add to ziploc bag.
- Add whole chicken and a cup of mojo crillo by goya. Marinate up to 2 hours or overnight.
