- Get 3 1/2 lbs. Country Style Pork Ribs (excess fat removed)
- You need 1 large Onion, cut in rings
- You need 1 15 oz. can Sliced White Potatoes, drained
- Get 1 15 oz. can Saurkraut, undrained
- Provide 1 tsp. Celery Seed
- You need 1 cup Chicken broth
- You need 1/3 cup Brown Sugar

- Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown on high heat in large frying pan, a few at a time.
- Meanwhile start layering crockpot with rest of ingredients except sugar.
- Onion, potatoes, kraut, celery seed, then broth over all.
