- Spread this roasted paste evenly in the pan.
- Spread the grated mozrella cheese on the masala.
- Gently crack eggs directly in the pan on the cheese and sprinkle salt and black pepper as per taste.
- Add few drops of water on the sides of the pan.
- Cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
