- You need 1 lb Diced Steak
- Prepare 250 grams Leeks
- Use 250 grams Diced Carrot
- Provide 250 grams Diced Swede

- top up the rest ov the pan with cold water. so all the veg and meat is covered.
- Bring to the boil for 20mins
- Turn down to simmer, i usually simmer for roughly 2hours.
- Taste and add more seasonings should you wish.
