- Prepare For white sauce > 2 teaspoon White flour

Steps to make Lasagne:
- How to make white sauce: In a thick bottom pan put the butter then the white flour. Mix it well.
- Add milk and make sure no lumps are formed.
- Stir continuously to form a thick creamy paste.
- Add all the spices for taste as mentioned above.
- Add cheese also in to it.
- Keep the sauce aside.
- How to make the lasagne mix: Put oil in a pan and sauté all these veggies till they are cooked.
- Add the pasta sauce and mix it well.
- Also add the white sauce, add oregano and pepper.
- Mix all these well and keep it aside.
- Lasagna strips should be dipped in hot water and set aside. Do not cook it.
- Any cheese cheddar or mozzarella can be used, it should be grated and kept.
- Grease a microwave safe dish with butter.
- Set the lasagne strip as the first layer.
- Put the lasagna mix in the second layer and even it out.
- Add grated cheese to form the third layer.
- Repeat the same.
- Microwave it for 18 minutes.
- Let it cool for half an hour, cut and serve.
- Note: Cheese will always have salt so put the salt accordingly in the mix.
