  1. Use Roma tomato
  2. Prepare red and yellow onion
  3. Take a green bell pepper
  4. You need ofFresh whole kernel corn..frozen if you prefer
  5. Provide sweet orange
  6. You need couple pieces of Whiting fish
  7. Get eggs
  8. Get multi seasoning,throw what you like together
  9. Provide garlic cloves
  10. Get Butter
Steps to make The Awakening:
  1. Season fish,flour it on both sides
  2. Put vegetable oil in pan along with a few pieces of garlic,which will give the fish more flavor
  3. Once the oil is heated,begin to place fish in oil carefully and lightly fry
  4. Take all of your chopped and prepped veges and place in a sauce pan or what have you,add about 4 tsps of butter
  5. Add multi seasoning..dont forget to take a peeled Orange slice,sliced up into small pieces and add it to the veges as well
  6. Sautee to your liking,take the remaining orange and squeeze it's natural juices all over the veges as they sautee
  7. Take a different skillet and add 2 tsps of butter,once heated..crack eggs into pan and season with a multi seasoning of your choice..I used a array of seasonings,including tajin.
  8. It is so good and bursting with a nice lime citrusy flavor
  9. Once veges are sauteed place on a plate,place sunny side up eggs on top and place the fish around the eggs
