The ingredients needed to make Wontons:
- Prepare all purpose flour (maida )
- Get Corn flour
- Prepare Butter(melted)
- You need Salt
- Provide Hot water
- You need Sesame oil

- Use Carrot (chopped)

Instructions to make Wontons:
- Take maida in a bowl and add corn flour, melted butter along with a pinch of salt and hot water then mix it like a dough and keep it aside for resting. - To make stuffing, take little sesame oil in a hot pan then add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, green chillies, carrot, beans. Saute them by adding little bit of salt. - Add chopped cabbage, mushrooms, cheese and cook properly by adding ajinomoto.
- Also add soya sauce and spring onions. Switch off the flame and add cornstarch, mix it well and then cook it for a minute. - With the dough make thin sheets and cut in to round shape and put the stuffing on each poori. Take some water and apply to the half edge to seal it by folding. - Again join the two edges by applying some water. You have to follow the same process with every poori.
- Once the oil is hot in pan deep fry the wontons. When they become golden remove them from oil and take on tissue plate. Serve them hot with sauce.
