  2. Provide 40 grams Vegetable oil
  3. Prepare 50 grams White sugar
  4. Take 150 grams Cake flour
  5. Prepare 15 grams Cocoa powder
  6. You need 40 grams Chocolate bar
Instructions to make Crispy Chocolate Cookies:
  1. Chop the chocolate bar. Add margarine, vegetable oil, and white sugar into a bowl, then mix well with a whisk until the mixture becomes white and smooth.
  2. Sift in the cake flour and cocoa powder into the Step 1 bowl. Blend in with your hands. Bring them together in one. It's a crumbly dough, so it doesn't have to be a complete ball. Do not knead the dough.

  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 160℃ for 23 minutes. Each oven is different, so check on your cookies periodically. When they're done baking, remove form the oven, and let it cool on a rack. The crispy cookies are done.
