Most people will choose to be idle and take an elevator instead of choosing exercise on the stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day–can be a great boost to your system.

There are many things you can do to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done every day, can do a lot to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. Don’t forget that health isn’t only about simply how much you weigh. You really want your body to be strong too.

The ingredients needed to prepare Chocolate Cookies:
  1. You need 350 g Flour
  2. You need 150 g Salted Butter
  3. Take 250 g Cane Sugar
  4. Provide 2 Eggs
  5. Prepare Vanilla Extract
  6. Take 300 g Milk Chocolate
Instructions to make Chocolate Cookies:
  1. Mix the butter and the sugar together, with your hands if you don't have a machine.
  2. Add the 2 Eggs and vanilla Extract and mix.
  3. Add the flour and mix it until you have an homogeneous dough.
  4. Cut the chocolate in small square pieces and add them to the dough.
  5. Once the dough is ready, roll small pieces in your hand to have round shaped dough. Put them in a flat tray either sprayed with coconut oil or on baking paper.
  6. Try to space the shapes as much as you can so they won't touch each other's when baked. I usually do multiple trays of 4 to 6 doughs.
  7. Slightly tap each of the doughs to flatten them a tiny bit. This will help them get a nice shape when baked.
  8. Bake up to 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. You can bake them around 8-9 minutes to have a melting dough heart, or up to 12 minutes for a crispier bite.
