- Use cheese sauce
- Provide 2 oz butter
- Get 2 oz flour
- Prepare 1/2 pints milk
- Provide 8 oz half fat mature cheddar cheese
- Provide 300 grams mixed cauliflower and broccoli

Instructions to make Broccoli Bake:
- Preheat oven to 200
- Melt butter on a medium heat on the hob
- Boil cauliflower and broccoli together on a high heat until soft (continue making sauce while these are cooking)
- Add flour to butter, stir with wooden spoon to make a roux
- Slowly add the milk, stiring throughout
- Add in cheese, stiring throughout to required thickness. if it becomes too thick add a little more milk
- Place cauliflower and broccoli into an oven proof dish, pour cheese sauce over the top and sprinkle grated cheese on top
- Bake in oven for 15-20 mins until cheese has melted
