- Get Half a cauliflower
- Use 4 big handfuls of fusilli or penne pasta
- You need 8 rashers streaky backn
- Take 1 garlic clove

- Drain pasta and cauliflower reserving a mug full of pasta water.
- In the pasta saucepan, mix the pasta, cooking water, bacon (snipped up) creme fraiche, garlic, and cheese. Mix as transfer into roasting pan
- In another bowl, mix up breadcrumbs, cheese and oil and sprinkle all over the top.
- Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden. If it needs more browning put under the grill for a few minutes
