So many people choose the elevator over climbing even a single flight of stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a several times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

There are a whole lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. You can do little things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also critical. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only signal of your healthfulness. You need to make your body as strong as possible.

The ingredients needed to prepare Chili:
  1. You need 1 green pepper chopped
  2. Get 1 red pepper chopped
  3. Provide 1 onion chopped
  4. Provide 1 # Ground Beef (your choice of lean)
  5. Take 2 pkg chili spices (I used Mccormick's)
  6. Take 2 (28 oz) cans crushed tomato
  7. Prepare 1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomato
  8. Provide 1 can kidney beans
  9. Prepare 1 # Beef Chuck cubed
  10. You need Also needed
  11. Provide Olive Oil
  12. Use Salt
  13. Prepare Pepper
Instructions to make Chili:
  1. Using about 1 Tablespoon olive oil, saute veggies in pot adding salt and pepper to taste, on medium heat.
  2. Cook down on medium heat until soft. Add a little more olive oil if needed while cooking and then transfer to separate dish.
  3. Brown Ground beef and strain
  4. Same for Beef Chuck
  5. Everyone goes back in the pot on medium heat with a bit more olive oil. Mix together.
  6. Lower heat and add tomatoes and spice packets. Mix and Simmer for an hour. Mixing occassionally.
  7. Add Kidney Beans and simmer for another hour.
  8. Enjoy! Serve with noodles, fritos, cheese, onion, corn bread, jalepeno…..whatever you like!
