- You need flour (2x cup full)
- Provide 500 g boneless chicken (fillets)
- Use vegetable oil (lots)
- Use powder chicken seasoning

- When the chicken is covered, gently put it in the oil and wait for it to fry (15-25 minutes) depending on how crispy you want it.
- Repeat this cycle till the pan is frying approx 7-8 chicken strips.
- When finished frying, put some tissue on a plate to soak up all the excess oil.
