The ingredients needed to prepare Vegetable pulao:
- Prepare 02 cup rice(soak for 10-15min)
- Provide 01 sliced onion
- Prepare 01 diced tomato
- Take 01 diced potato
- Get 1/2 cup tofu
- Use 01 chopped carrot
- Take 02 green chillies
- Use leaves Coriander
- Use 1& 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Provide to taste Salt
- Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 1/4 tsp hing
- Get 01 tsp cumin
- Provide 02 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Vegetable pulao:
- Add 02 tbsp oil in pressure cooker. Add 1/4 tsp hing & 01 tsp cumin. Let it crackle.
- Add 01sliced onion, 01 diced tomato and 01 diced potato.
- 01chopped carrot, 1/2 cup tofu, 02 green chillies & green coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Add spices -salt, chilli powder & turmeric powder. Mix well
- Add soaked rice and 1 & 1/2 glass water.
- Mix well and close lid. Wait to 01 whistle
- Open once pressure is released and serve hot.
