  1. Take 2 cups black eyed beans
  2. You need 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  3. Provide Blended onion and pepper
  4. Provide 1 tbsp crayfish powder
  5. Provide Dry fish
  6. You need cubes Seasoning
  7. Get 1 tsp salt
  8. You need 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  9. You need Spinach
  10. Prepare 1 cooking spoon palm oil
  11. You need 1/2 cooking spoon veg oil
  12. Use Water as required
  13. Provide 1 medium sized sweet potato diced
  14. Use 1 tsp black pepper
  15. You need 1 tsp calaba nutmeg (gyadar kamshi)
Steps to make Vegetable Beans:
  1. Pick dirt from beans wash and soak in hot water for 10min. Heat oil in cooking pot, add sliced onions and stir fry, add ginger and garlic paste fry till aroma add blended pepper mix, spices and cover with water
  2. Add crayfish powder, seasoning cubes, salt, wash and de-boned dry fish and add the soaked beans. Cook till tender
  3. Add your washed diced potatoes when beans is soft and tender
  4. Add spinach when potato is soft and the beans cooked and simmer for 2min
  5. Serve and enjoy. Can be eaten with bread, rice, pasta or yam and also like that.
  6. Note; addition of potato is optional. I added it coz its a leftover and about to get spoilt.
